Atlantic Water Gardens BF1250 Filterfalls are up-flow filters. Water flows from the pump through the bulkhead fitting into the swirl chamber at the bottom of the filter enclosure; then through the grate and filter mat where solids are removed. Lastly, through the filter material, and out over the spillway.

The BF1250 has a Max flow rate of 3500 GPH. The container measures 22 3/4 inches L x 22 1/2 inches W x 13 7/8 inches H, with a 15 inch spillway.

The waterfall filter is ruggedly built out of High Molecular Weight Polyethylene. Includes: 1 1/2 inch Bulkhead, Grate, Media Bag for adding additional material, and Filter Mat.
